Manual Portable Operation

• The body is cast in high-quality iron in one go, complemented with automotive paint treatment process, resulting in a smooth and attractive appearance.
• Equipped with an automatic turret function, high-resolution measuring and observing objectives, combined with a built-in length encoder for high-definition digital measurement eyepiece, it enables one-touch measurement of the diagonal line of the indentation, eliminating human-operational interference and reading errors.
• Convenient operating system that can automatically convert units for the full hardness scale.
• Capable of setting maximum and minimum hardness values; an alarm sounds when the test value exceeds the set range.

Sturdy Cast Iron Body

• Features software hardness value correction within a certain range directly. • Incorporates a database function, automatically saving test data in groups, with each group capable of saving 10 sets of data, supporting storage of over 2000 data sets.
• Offers hardness value curve display function, visually showing changes in hardness values.
• Optional CCD image processing system available, as well as optional Knoop indenter for Knoop hardness measurement.
• Configured with a wireless Bluetooth printer, and capable of outputting data through RS232, USB interfaces (optional).
• Accuracy compliant with GB/T4340.2, ISO6507-2, and ASTM E92 standards.
