The encoded nosepiece integrates the microscope's hardware settings with our FCL-RS Image Measurement Software. The magnification of the objective lens is displayed on the screen, and the calibration values recorded in the software are automatically adjusted when switching magnifications, thus eliminating measurement errors caused by forgetting to switch the software magnification.
The brightness memory function can store the illumination brightness for each objective lens in use. When switching between different objective lenses, the light intensity is automatically adjusted, reducing visual fatigue and improving work efficiency.
The newly designed integrated T-shaped frame is made of full-metal high-pressure die-casting, offering outstanding stability. There is no image plane jitter during high-magnification observation, which further ensures the detection accuracy of high-magnification measurement.
The epi-illuminator adopts the Kohler illumination system, equipped with a field diaphragm and an aperture diaphragm, as well as preset slots for polarizer, analyzer and color filters. The single 10W LED warm white light illumination minimizes visual fatigue of observers.
The field diaphragm and aperture diaphragm adopt a lever mechanism with adjustable centers, which can flexibly adjust the size of the illumination range and effectively avoid the impact of stray light on the image.
