The brightness memory function can remember the illumination brightness when using each objective lens. When different objective lenses are switched, it automatically adjusts the light intensity, reducing visual fatigue and improving work efficiency.
The newly designed integrated T-shaped frame, made of all-metal high-pressure die-casting, has excellent stability. When observing at high magnification, the image plane remains stable without jitter, further ensuring the detection accuracy of high-magnification measurements.
The epi-illuminator uses a Koehler illumination system, with a field diaphragm and an aperture diaphragm, and is pre-equipped with slots for a polarizer, an analyzer, and a color filter. A single 10W LED warm white light illumination can minimize the observer's visual fatigue to the greatest extent.
The field stop and aperture stop use a pull rod device with adjustable centers, which can flexibly adjust the size of the illumination range and effectively avoid the influence of stray light on the image.
The polarizer and analyzer can achieve simple polarized light observation .
FQJ2025 Cleanliness Image Analysis Software
FQJ2025 Cleanliness Image Analysis Software is used for cleanliness inspection of automotive component samples, capable of automatically counting, analyzing the type, size, and quantity of impurity particles on the filter membrane, and classifying them by size grade. It can meet the inspection standards of VDA19, ISO16232, NAS1638, ISO4406, and ISO4407.
When used in conjunction with an electric platform, it can achieve automatic scanning and stitching of cleanliness filter membranes, automatically identify particle categories such as metals, non-metals, and fibers; and automatically calculate morphological parameters such as the major axis, minor axis, area, and aspect ratio of each particle.

1. Automatic particle search function: Set search parameters to automatically search for each particle's perimeter, area, major axis, minor axis, diameter, circularity, type, etc.

2. Custom Selection: Custom selection allows searching for particles within the defined selection area.

3. Manual particle adjustment function: manually adjust the contour shape of the selected particle; select particles missed by the automatic search; delete particles that are automatically searched but do not meet the requirements.

Load Image: Load an image saved on the computer's hard drive.
Load Sample Image: Load a cleanliness image pre-set in the software to facilitate testing of the software's functions.
