The FBJ-700 Portable Metallographic Microscope is designed for on-site metallographic structure photography and analysis of large workpieces where sample extraction is not feasible. It is suitable for industries such as aerospace manufacturing, mechanical manufacturing, vehicle manufacturing, manufacturing and inspection of boilers and pressure vessels, petrochemicals, railways, shipbuilding, power plants, large molds, safety testing, quality supervision, and physical and chemical laboratories.

l Fully enclosed independent packaging design, with lens dust-proof, anti-collision and anti-corrosion functions.
l Upgraded body design ensures optical imaging effect, enhances mechanical stability and improves portability.
l Intelligent image acquisition system solves the pain points of WiFi cameras, upgraded to wired connection with mobile phones to improve stability and digital image quality; the camera can also be connected to a computer.
l Integrated structure of strong magnetic ring base and main unit, with built-in permanent magnet; no additional operation is required, and the main unit can be automatically adsorbed when placed on a magnetic workpiece. When removing it, just lift it up to separate from the workpiece, which is convenient and fast. With a universal auxiliary suction cup, it can be adsorbed on the outer wall of the pipe (circular convex surface) or the inner wall of the pipe furnace (circular concave surface).
l Adopts a portable LED light source with adjustable brightness, powered by a lithium battery; uses an MCC magnetic USB charging cable, which can be directly adsorbed on the tail of the light source for charging, convenient and fast.

Overview of FCL-RS Image Measurement Software (Windows Version)
The FCL-RS Image Measurement Software is a basic version of the image measurement software launched by our company. It supports multiple international languages and, in addition to basic capture and measurement functions, also includes features such as automatic image panorama stitching, video EDF (Extended Depth of Field) expansion, video overlay with time and scale bar, accurate layer integration of measurement data and images, and support for saving in multiple image file formats.

l Provides multiple image processing methods, which can process the entire image or a specific area;

Basic Functions
1、Image Capture:
Supports real-time static image capture and provides image formats including JPG, BMP, PNG and TIF to meet the needs of different users.
2、Geometric Measurement:
The software offers a variety of measurement tools such as distance, rectangle, circle, polygon, polyline length, angle, straight line included angle, radian, and point-to-center measurement to fulfill users' basic geometric measurement needs and obtain relevant measurement data.
The measured data can be automatically integrated with the image, intuitively showing the accuracy of the measured part.
3、Dynamic Stitching:
For customers who need to inspect a larger field of view, the software provides an image stitching function. Users can move the X-Y platform of the microscope to meet the requirement of capturing images with a larger field of view, solving the problem that images cannot be captured due to the insufficient field of view of the microscope.
4、Dynamic EDF (Extended Depth of Field) Image Capture:
For samples with uneven preparation that cannot be focused uniformly, the software provides a dynamic EDF image capture function. By adjusting the Z-axis micro-focusing handwheel of the microscope, clear details in the sample are continuously added to the dynamic EDF display window for real-time update. The software automatically records clear images at different depths of field and merges them into a single clear image.
