Overview

  FCL-RS Metallographic Image Measurement Software is the basic version of the image measurement software launched by our company. It supports a variety of developable functions. In addition to basic capture and measurement functions, it also includes features such as automatic image panoramic stitching, video EDF (Extended Depth of Field), video superimposed time scale, accurate layer fusion of measurement data and images, as well as saving images in multiple file formats.

Basic

1、Image Capture

Support real-time static image capture, batch image acquisition and storage, as well as batch addition of annotated text such as scale bars.

2、Geometric Measurement

The software provides a variety of measurement tools, including distance, rectangle, circle, polygon, polyline length, angle, included angle between straight lines, radian, and point-to-center measurement, to meet users' basic geometric measurement needs and obtain relevant measurement data. The measured data can be automatically fused with the image, displaying the accuracy of the measured position in an intuitive and clear manner.

3、Dynamic Stitching

For customers requiring detection of a larger field of view, the software is equipped with an image stitching function. Users can move the X-Y platform of the microscope to achieve the shooting of images with a larger field of view, solving the inconvenience of being unable to capture images due to the limited field of view of the microscope.

4、Dynamic EDF (Extended Depth of Field) Imaging

For samples that cannot be focused simultaneously due to uneven sample preparation, the software offers a dynamic EDF imaging function. By adjusting the Z-axis fine-focus handwheel of the microscope, the clear details of the sample will be continuously added to the dynamic EDF display window for real-time updates. The software automatically records the clear images at different depths of field and merges them into a single sharp image.

5、Video Superimposed Time and Scale Bar

For users who need scale bars to be displayed on images, the software provides a video superimposition function. Users can choose to display the scale bar, magnification, time and date as required, realizing the automatic fusion of the captured image with the scale bar and other elements, and reducing the manual work of adding scale bars after each shooting.
