Software Overview

     FHF2024 Weld Penetration Measurement Software is a dedicated solution independently developed by our company, primarily designed to meet the weld quality inspection requirements for structural steel, stainless steel seam welding, aluminum alloy welding and other welding processes. It is suitable for automobile complete vehicle and parts manufacturers, pressure vessel industry, structural welding process testing, aerospace welding quality evaluation as well as the inspection of all welding types.

      The software is capable of measuring weld penetration, weld width, weld reinforcement and pore diameter. Meanwhile, it also allows macroscopic observation of weld defects such as welding pores, slag inclusion, cracks, incomplete penetration, lack of fusion and undercut. It supports customizable measurement items to create enterprise-specific measurement templates, and enables users to define welding quality screening parameters to automatically generate OK/NG judgments. Finally, it can export data and generate test reports. In addition, the software provides image processing functions such as overlaying text and scale lines on images.

Compatible with mainstream operating systems including Windows 10 and Windows 11, the software can effectively improve the work efficiency of quality inspectors. It also provides services for enterprises to establish standardized reports and monitor the overall trend of weld quality. Featuring a user-friendly interface, the software is easy to operate and master.

Introduction to Basic Software Functions

1. Database Management System: All measurement records are automatically saved in the database to prevent data loss caused by misoperation. The database supports subsequent functions such as data filtering, searching and export. Currently, the software has been verified to store and query 5,000 sets of data and original images. In principle, there is no upper limit on the number of data entries, which is only subject to the storage space of the computer hardware.

2. Batch Testing Function: Users can customize workpiece numbers for centralized testing, with all test data recorded automatically. The software also allows customized batch export of test reports based on the measured data.

3. Customizable Inspection Templates: Enterprises can define inspection items such as weld penetration, weld width, weld reinforcement, pore diameter, welding pores and slag inclusion, and set OK/NG judgment thresholds to create enterprise-specific inspection templates.

1. Diversified Measuring Tools: Weld penetration measurement mainly consists of three functions: measuring line drawing, auxiliary line drawing, and measurement result display. It is equipped with a variety of measuring tools including straight line, polyline, point-line distance, angle, two-point circle, three-point circle, ellipse, rectangle, and polygon.

1. Graphical and Textual Report Generation: It supports the export of three report formats including Word, Excel and PDF. The software allows customized settings of report tables to create enterprise-specific reports, with the flexibility to add or remove entries as required.
