    Model CST-50 Impact Specimen Notch Projector Our company has developed this optical instrument specifically for inspecting the machining quality of Charpy V-type and U-type notches in impact specimens, based on the actual needs of numerous users and the requirements for impact specimen notches specified in GB/T 299-2020 Metallic Materials - Charpy Pendulum Impact Test Method. This instrument uses an optical projection method to magnify the contours of the V-type and U-type notches of the tested impact specimens by 50 times and project them onto the projection screen. By comparing with the standard template diagrams of Charpy V-type and U-type notches for impact specimens on the projection screen, it can be determined whether the notches of the tested specimens are qualified. It has the advantages of simple operation and intuitive comparison, and is an essential special equipment for physical and chemical laboratories.
