Protocol Description

The working principle of the equipment is to use the high-precision photoelectric encoder and the computer with special measurement and control and computing software to detect the impact absorption work and the impact toughness of the material by detecting the difference between the impact and after the impact of the pendulum. The display mode is double explicit: that is, the dial pointer and the computer display at the same time. Computer can show shock absorption work, impact toughness, and can test data automatic processing, automatic generation test report, pendulum, return, impact, pendulum action control can be controlled by manual box, can also use the computer program automatically control by the mouse input, and can batch or successive print test results.

The equipment uses Panasonic PLC as the lower computer control, the brand computer as the upper computer control, the upper computer program adopts VB programming, RS232 communication mode, to complete the data exchange and instruction transmission of the upper and lower computer, and make full use of the powerful functions of the PC for data processing, report processing, etc. The high-precision rotary encoder is used to obtain the real-time position of the pendulum and obtain the shock absorption work. It has the characteristics of system reliability, stability and accurate data.

 The test report can modify the data by itself; click "File" and select "Print" to print the Word format report.

Cycle Determination

Function:

The swing period of the pendulum is measured in three times, and then the strike center distance and strike velocity are calculated.

Explain:

The general number of swings is set to 100 times.

Method:

Put the pendulum in the plumb position, make the swing away from an Angle of less than 5 degrees (generally between 4.6 and 5 degrees), then let the pendulum to swing freely, then click the button, enter the test password (password: 123456) press OK, the cycle measurement button is pressed to blue, when the swing button counts to 100 times, the system will automatically calculate the swing cycle of the shock machine, strike center distance and strike speed, and the test results automatically close after 5 seconds. If a record is required, please enter the system parameters to view.

Pointer Friction

Function:

Used to test the impact of air resistance bearing friction on the system during air impact.

Explain:

Generally for two impact, the first with the pointer impact, the second without the pointer impact.

Method:

Click the button to let the pendulum hang, the pointer to 300J / 150J, and then press (the pointer friction button to blue), click, let the pendulum hammer impact twice, two impact after the pointer friction button automatically bounce, the system parameters will automatically show the corresponding zero correction value and pointer friction, so the pendulum hammer zero error is tested.

Function:
