JB-W300DZ microcomputer control low-temperature automatic impact test machine is used to determine the performance of metal materials against impact under dynamic load, so as to judge the properties of the material under dynamic load. The absorption work of the sample is obtained by using the way that the difference between the impact front energy and the remaining position energy of the pendulum after the impact is displayed on the measuring disk. The maximum impact energy is 300J, with a 150J pendulum, and the sample section is (1010) mm. This machine has a large impact energy, suitable for ferrous metals with greater impact toughness, such as steel and its alloys.
This machine is a low-temperature test and shock test integrated machine, equipped with special pneumatic sample delivery device for automatic sample delivery. Adopt the method of pneumatic end surface positioning to match the test sample to ensure that after the low temperature test, the impact time is not more than 4 seconds, so as to improve the test accuracy and work efficiency. Test sample cooling, constant temperature, temperature adjustment, pendulum taking, hanging pendulum, sample delivery, positioning, impact are all electrical automatic control, automatic completion. This machine is equipped with a computer and a printer, with dual control and dual display function. This machine using P L C automatic control and measurement, and according to the sample after the swing, automatically display the β value and pendulum absorb the sample, and impact toughness ak value, and through the computer and special data processing and control software for data editing and generate test report, can also store and print test data, the average work of three tests, and test time and serial number, but also can realize the remote data transmission.
The impact body of this machine is made of cast steel material, which makes it rigid and stable in the whole test process, with strong impact resistance, not easy to deformation, accurate test results and long service life. The large torque clutch and high power motor are used to make it more stable without vibration when taking out and setting out. The low temperature part adopts the liquid nitrogen refrigeration technology, and uses the liquid nitrogen solenoid valve control to achieve the automatic uniform cooling and temperature control and temperature regulation.

The main components of this machine are:
Main engine, low temperature device, feeding mechanism, positioning mechanism, electric control box, microcomputer, etc.
1. Main engine: composed of fuselage, transmission mechanism, hanging and pendulum mechanism, instruction mechanism, pendulum, automatic swing signal device, etc.
(1) Mechanical hanging part:
Press the "pendulum" button, raise the hammer and hang it. Press the "automatic feeding" button, the test machine will realize: the sample positioning clamp the test sample in place, and then press the "impact" to conduct an impact test, after breaking the test sample, the pendulum will automatically raise and hang, ready to do the next impact test.
(2)Indication organization:
The function of the indicator mechanism is to show the absorption work of the sample during the test, consisting of the scale plate, pointer, needle, etc. This computer is a microcomputer control, containing two sets of reading system, the test results at the same time on the computer display.
(3) Spendulum part:
The pendulum is composed of pendulum body, blade, swing rod, joint, plug, hook and other parts. In order to facilitate users to replace different energy levels of the pendulum, with a random disassembly device.
2. Low temperature device: it is mainly composed of refrigeration system and low temperature tank.
After turning on the power supply and refrigeration switches, the refrigeration system enters the formal refrigeration working state. Liquid nitrogen works continuously. When the temperature in the tank is close to the set temperature, the liquid nitrogen solenoid valve device in the cooling tank begins to control the liquid nitrogen amount adjustment mode, so as to balance the excess cooling amount of the refrigeration system and achieve the purpose of constant temperature.
3. Feed mechanism: After the sample is cooled to the required temperature in the cold device, quickly and reliably delivered to the anvil support surface is completed by this mechanism.
The pneumatic feeding mechanism mainly consists of two parts: air cylinder and feeding device. The movement of the feeding mechanism is a linear movement driven by the compressed air into the cylinder to push the feeding rod forward and backward by the piston.
The forward, backward and stop of the feeding rod are realized by the pneumatic reversing valve and magnetic switch of the feeding cylinder, and the electrical signal of the control cylinder forward and backward. Adjusting the position of the magnetic switch allows you to fine-tune the position of the feeding rod and the speed of the buffering.
4. Positioning mechanism: the sample must be close to the side of the anvil, so that the sample gap is correctly located in the center of the pendulum axis. The specimen is close to the side of the anvil and is secured by the positioning mechanism. When the sample is sent from the feeding rod to the front anvil, the sample moves close to the anvil side, when the back end of the sample is not separated from the fixed spring plate and the front end enters the rear anvil face (2mm~3mm), the magnetic switch on the cylinder in the pneumatic feeding mechanism signals the positioning mechanism of the cylinder to the working position, and the elastic pillar compression sample on the side of the positioning mechanism until the front end of the sample adheres to the positioning surface of the sample.
When the feeding cylinder returns, the positioning cylinder is reset, and the positioning mechanism is far away from the sample positioning surface for impact.
