Equipment Introduction
The WDW-50E electronic universal testing machine features a floor-standing gantry structure with an aluminum alloy vertical cover, which is elegant and decent. It adopts an AC servo motor as the power source, with circular arc synchronous belt deceleration and dual ball screw loading. High-precision loadsensors, rotary photoelectric encoders, and electronic extensometers are used to measure test force, displacement, and deformation respectively. A dedicated controller for the electronic universal testing machine performs closed-loop control over these three parameters, and can realize smooth switching between the three control modes, boasting advantages such as high control precision, strong adaptability, and good long-term stability. This machine can conduct mechanical property tests and analytical research on various metals, non-metals, and composite materials. It is widely applied in fields including aerospace, petrochemicals, machinery manufacturing, wires and cables, textiles, fibers, plastics, rubber, ceramics, food, pharmaceutical packaging, aluminum-plastic pipes, plastic doors and windows, geotextiles, films, wood, paper, metal materials and manufacturing industries. The electronic tensile testing machine can automatically calculate test data such as maximum test force, breaking force, yield strength, upper and lower yield strength, tensile strength, compressive strength, elongation at break, tensile modulus of elasticity, and flexural modulus of elasticity according to standards like GB, JIS, ASTM, DIN, and ISO.
Compliance with Test Standards
The WDW-50E electronic universal testing machine is designed in accordance with the national standard GB/T16491-2008 Electronic Universal Testing Machine and inspected in accordance with the national standard JJG475-2008 Verification Regulation of Electronic Universal Testing Machine. The testing machine's software package has built-in multiple testing standards, such as GB/T228.1-2021 Metallic Materials - Tensile Testing at Ambient Temperature, GB/T 528-2009 Vulcanized or Thermoplastic Rubbers - Determination of Tensile Stress-Strain Properties, GB/T1040-2008 Plastics - Determination of Tensile Properties, and GB/T1041-2008 Plastics - Compression Test for Mechanical Properties, etc. In addition, the software can be added or modified according to user requirements to meet various special testing needs.
Functional Features
1.1 The mechanical transmission part adopts a circular arc synchronous belt and high-precision ball screws, ensuring stable operation and low noise.
1.2 The servo controller uses a high-speed ARM chip as the main control chip, which has high computing speed and data processing capability. It can realize the entire control process from data collection, PID operation, Ethernet communication to output control in a short time, thereby achieving precise closed-loop control of the testing machine. It is equipped with three analog input channels: 1 channel for load, 1 channel for electronic extensometer, and 1 expansion channel. All these three channels adopt independent 24-bit A/D converters for high-precision data sampling, with an effective internal code of up to 500,000. It also has up to 15 segments of linear compensation and correction functions, which greatly improve the measurement range and accuracy of the sensor.
1.3 Control functions: PID control strategy is adopted to realize closed-loop control of load, displacement and deformation, with functions of constant increase/decrease and constant maintenance of test force, displacement and deformation.
1.4 Communication interface: A 100MHz Ethernet communication interface is used to realize high-speed data communication with the PC, enabling real-time upload of collected data and real-time issuance of control commands, so as to achieve real-time control of the testing machine by the PC.
1.5 Features of measurement and control software:
1.5.1 The measurement and control software adopts a new software style, featuring an elegant and decent interface, powerful functions and simple operation.
1.5.2 Any number of indication display boxes can be configured. The channel, unit and number of decimal places displayed can be configured, and the display boxes can be arranged horizontally or vertically.
1.5.3 The number of test curve boxes can be arbitrarily selected from 1 to 3, and there are multiple layout modes of curve boxes that can be switched arbitrarily. The coordinates of the curve boxes can be arbitrarily selected, and the test curves can be displayed in a 局部 enlarged manner and saved as image files.
1.5.4 Multiple force sensors and multiple deformation sensors can be configured, and users can switch between them as needed.
1.5.5 It has three levels of management authority, namely manufacturer debugger, administrator and tester.
1.5.6 It adopts an open test standard configuration mode. The standard software has built-in multiple test standards such as GB/T228.1-2021, GB/T1040-2008, GB/T528-2009, etc. Users can also easily add, delete or modify a test standard and edit control steps freely according to test requirements.
1.5.7 At the end of the test, it can automatically calculate and save test result data, such as maximum force, tensile strength, yield strength, non-proportional extension strength, etc., and can display characteristic points on the test curve.
1.5.8 The software has a test analysis function, which can analyze the completed test results and superimpose and compare multiple test curves in a group.
1.5.9 It uses a standard database to manage test data and can provide a networked data interface.
1.5.10 Users can choose our company's independently developed SingoReport system to edit and print reports, or use EXCEL forms to edit and print reports.
1.6 Safety protection
1.6.1 When the servo motor is overcurrent, overvoltage or overspeed, the servo motor controller will alarm and stop.
1.6.2 Limit protection: When the moving crossbeam touches the upper or lower limit, the moving crossbeam will automatically stop moving.
1.6.3 Automatic stop: After the sample breaks, the moving crossbeam will automatically stop moving.
1.6.4 Overload protection: When the load exceeds 4% of the maximum value, the moving crossbeam will automatically stop moving.
