Main Uses and Application

      To obtain accurate and reliable test data on the impact resistance of test materials, on the one hand, an impact testing machine with a certain level of precision is required; on the other hand, we have to use various equipment such as lathes, milling machines, planers, bench vices, and grinders, and spend a lot of time preparing qualified specimens.

Working Conditions

     This machine uses a three-phase four-wire 380V 50Hz power supply, and the voltage variation should not exceed ±10% of the rated voltage. The environment should be free from impact, vibration, and corrosive media, and the machine should be installed vertically on a stable foundation. There is a grounding mark next to the power socket at the lower rear of the machine, and the machine is required to be reliably grounded.

Quality Assurance

The three guarantees period for the equipment is one year from the date of formal delivery. During the three guarantees period, the supplier shall promptly provide free maintenance services for any faults occurring in the equipment. For any damage to parts that is not caused by human factors, the supplier shall promptly replace them free of charge. If the equipment malfunctions during use after the warranty period, the supplier shall promptly arrive at the purchaser's site to provide services and actively assist the purchaser in completing the maintenance tasks.
