Performance Description

     The DWC series impact test cryogenic tank is a newly developed compressor refrigeration equipment by our company in accordance with the requirements for low-temperature devices specified in GB/T229-2020 Metallic Materials - Charpy Pendulum Impact Test Method. It adopts the refrigeration technology of Embraco compressors imported from Italy. By utilizing the principle of heat balance and cyclic stirring, it realizes automatic and uniform cooling and constant temperature control of the specimens, which can fully meet all the temperature control indicators stipulated in the national standards.

The cryogenic tank is controlled by single-chip microcomputer technology, featuring digital display of temperature value, automatic temperature control, automatic timing, and automatic alarm. It is easy and safe to operate, with fast refrigeration speed, large capacity, and high temperature control precision. It is an ideal equipment for cooling and heat preservation of specimens in low-temperature impact tests of metal materials.

      Pure copper tube refrigeration circulation system and large-capacity alcohol tank. The standard configuration includes a new type of low-temperature resistant plastic alcohol tank body. Customers can optionally purchase a stainless steel alcohol tank body at an additional cost according to their own needs.
